Air Quality Testing of Compressed Air Systems

We provide a routine air quality testing service for compressed air-line equipment. In compliance with the HSE British standard, this service is typically supplied to paint spray shops to safe guard operators using breathing apparatus. Routine parameters tested and reported are: oxygen, oil, water, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide.

Occupational Exposure Limits

This service is provided to companies to safeguard the health of employees working with chemicals and hazardous substances, in compliance with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH). Alchemize provides this service to monitor and report on a wide range of parameters, particularly volatile substances such as organic solvents.
